What this site collects

The Athlete Roadmap collects the information needed to create and save a personalized basketball Roadmap. That can include an email address, current basketball level, selected goal or need, Readiness answers, information you choose to save inside a workspace, and limited campaign or referral information included in the link that brought you to the site. If you submit an athlete-opportunity, coaching, partnership, or general inquiry, we also collect the contact and situation information you enter into that form so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

We do not ask for passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other sensitive identity documents through the Roadmap.

How the information is used

Information is used to create your Roadmap, save your progress, return you to your private Roadmap link, send transactional Roadmap emails, improve the product, and respond when you contact Jalen Harris about coaching, partnerships, or athlete opportunities.

Service providers

The site uses third-party infrastructure to operate. Supabase stores Roadmap and inquiry data, Mailgun sends transactional email, Vercel hosts the website, and Airtable hosts the Performance Mindset athlete intake form that may be embedded directly on this site. If product analytics are enabled in the future, PostHog may be used to measure anonymous funnel activity. Analytics are currently designed not to receive your email address, private Roadmap token, Readiness answers, or free-text workspace entries.

Young athletes

The Roadmap is designed for athletes and parents, including middle-school families. If an athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian should use the Roadmap on the athlete's behalf and provide the parent or guardian's email address.

Private Roadmap links

Your Roadmap return URL functions like a private key. Anyone who has that link may be able to open the Roadmap, so do not post or share it publicly.

Retention and deletion

Roadmap information may be retained while it is needed to provide the saved experience, maintain product records, and operate the service. You can request deletion of your Roadmap information by contacting the email below.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the Roadmap, can stop using a saved Roadmap at any time, and can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your Roadmap where applicable.
